These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auteron website (auteron.ai) and the services Auteron provides. By using the site or engaging Auteron, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Auteron designs, deploys, and manages custom AI systems — including AI agents, automations, voice systems, website knowledge agents, AI-ready websites, and custom infrastructure. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement, proposal, or order form.
Pricing displayed on the site (setup fees, monthly subscriptions, hardware estimates, usage budgets) is provided in good faith and may change. Final pricing is confirmed in your service agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these Terms. Auteron services are designed for businesses, not individual consumers.
Setup fees, monthly subscriptions, hardware, and API/infrastructure usage are billed as outlined in your agreement. API usage is separate from Auteron service fees. Clients select a monthly usage budget; Auteron monitors usage so costs stay predictable. If usage exceeds the selected budget, overages may be billed separately or the system may be adjusted, as agreed.
Hardware is billed at actual current vendor / retail pricing at time of purchase. Estimates on the Hardware page are not guarantees.
In-scope revisions before acceptance are included without using post-launch Improvement Credits. If you choose not to accept the build, AUTERON retains the initial 50% deposit, but the final implementation balance and monthly service do not begin. This is not a money-back guarantee. New requirements outside the agreed scope need a separately approved quote.
For staged implementation services, the final 50% is due after in-scope acceptance and before activation. Monthly service starts separately once the accepted service is live. Credit packs and recurring-only add-ons follow their separately displayed billing structure.
Monthly subscriptions cover active maintenance, monitoring, improvements, troubleshooting, documentation, API/infrastructure support, performance check-ins, and strategy calls (tier dependent).
If service is canceled, systems running on Auteron-managed infrastructure may be taken offline, and ongoing maintenance, monitoring, improvements, and support will stop. Specific cancellation terms are governed by your service agreement.
You agree not to use the site or services to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) transmit harmful or malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) misuse AI systems for fraud, deception, harassment, or unlawful automated decision-making; or (f) interfere with the operation of the site or services.
The Auteron name, brand, website, and underlying materials are owned by Auteron. Custom system deliverables, ownership, and licensing for specific engagements are governed by your service agreement. Third-party tools, APIs, and platforms used as part of a system remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Auteron systems integrate with third-party services (e.g. Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, n8n, Stripe, Google Workspace, calendars, CRMs). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Auteron is not responsible for outages, changes, or pricing modifications by third-party providers.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. Auteron designs systems with appropriate guardrails and ongoing tuning, but you remain responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, or other consequential decisions.
The site and any pre-engagement materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Services are delivered under the warranties (if any) set out in your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auteron is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Total liability for any claim relating to your use of the site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by your service agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Auteron harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Auteron is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts, unless your service agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
