Referral Associate
Make a trusted introduction. AUTERON handles discovery, scoping, contracts, delivery, and support.
Selected applicants begin with restricted Referral training. An official code and link are released only after training, agreement verification, and admin activation.
A performance-based level for established active Referral Associates who meet the published qualification criteria. A course score does not grant Pro.
Sales Associate
Help qualified businesses understand AUTERON solutions and move through a clear, honest sales process.
Waitlist only. No Sales Associate lessons, application, placement, or compensation plan is open in this phase.
A future advanced path to be defined only after the Sales role, training, supervision, and written terms are approved.
Certified Builder
Build and support client systems using AUTERON standards, documentation, testing, and security controls.
Waitlist only. No Builder lessons, application, certification, cohort, or placement is open in this phase.
A future specialty path requiring deeper training, practical assessment, qualified review, written terms, and additional approval.
Accepted for training is not active Associate status.
The current release is designed around one protected Referral course. Sales and Builder lessons come later, after their roles and requirements are separately approved.
Restricted learner access
Selected applicants receive only the sanitized Referral course through an identity-linked account—not internal plans, Builder playbooks, or other roles’ training.
Practice plus human review
Learners complete short lessons, knowledge checks, and a fictional introduction. A human reviews the introduction and any remediation.
Signing and activation stay separate
Training completion does not send an agreement or release a code. Agreement verification and authorized-admin activation remain separate gates.
Referral Associate compensation
These published terms apply only to approved Referral Associates. Sales and Builder compensation has not been announced and will be governed by separate written terms before either track opens.

How Referral Pro qualification works
A Standard Referral Associate may request Pro review after referring at least 3 qualified paying clients or generating at least $10,000 in collected AUTERON setup fees within 90 days. Pro status is not automatic; AUTERON also reviews quality, professionalism, compliance, and client fit.
Commission becomes eligible only after the referred client pays, the payment clears, and AUTERON approves the referral. Payouts are manually verified at first. A referral submission never guarantees commission or client acceptance.
From application to active Referral Associate
Training, signing, verification, and activation are separate human-controlled gates. Completing one step never silently triggers the next.
Submit the Referral Associate application for human review.
If selected, you are accepted for restricted Referral training—not activated as an Associate.
Complete the required lessons, knowledge checks, and human-reviewed practice introduction.
Only after verified training completion may AUTERON separately invite you to sign the applicable agreement.
AUTERON verifies the agreement, identity, account link, and any required signer or guardian roles.
An authorized admin activates the account and releases the official referral code and link.
Builder training comes later.
Builder interest is welcome, but AUTERON is not creating Builder lessons or opening applications, certification, cohorts, or placements in this phase. The items shown here are future requirements—not an active course.
- Complete required AUTERON role and systems training
- Pass a practical build, testing, and troubleshooting assessment
- Follow security, privacy, access-control, backup, and rollback standards
- Protect confidential or proprietary AUTERON and client information
- Use approved tools, documentation, QA checklists, and code-review practices
- Sign the role-specific agreement and complete continuing education

AUTERON scopes the right system with the client. Referral Associates do not need to design the solution or promise pricing, results, or timelines.
Associate does not mean equity partner or employee.
Associate opportunities are independent, role-specific arrangements. No Associate may bind AUTERON, sign for AUTERON, collect client payments, or promise pricing, discounts, results, delivery dates, employment, or acceptance unless AUTERON gives that authority in writing.
Confidential or proprietary AUTERON and client information must stay protected. Final responsibilities, compensation, and conduct standards are governed by the applicable written agreement.
